Approximately 7 minutes walk from Busaras, Connolly Station/red line Luas. Bus stop outside for multiple bus routes (H1, H2, 6, 14, 15, 27, 42, 43 and others).

Local amenities like Supervalu, Pharmacy, Cafés, Lidl, Aldi all between 5 - 25 min walk maximum.

Spar shop with off-licence on the corner downstairs and a DublinBikes station across the road outside also. There is one other person living in the apartment presently, me 😁 and one small well-behaved cat 😸

I am looking for someone clean and capable of managing a straightforward shared space equally.
